貝瑞生產(chǎn)的MWC系列多層金屬燒結(jié)網(wǎng)是采用多層不銹鋼網(wǎng)經(jīng)過特殊疊層壓制,經(jīng)真空燒結(jié)而制成的一種新型過濾材料。我們采用的特殊燒結(jié)工藝可以確保金屬絲間的每一個接觸點(diǎn)都能得到充分的燒結(jié),這樣生產(chǎn)的多層金屬燒結(jié)網(wǎng)具有優(yōu)良的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度及整體鋼性,而且在使用過程中,網(wǎng)孔不會變形,從而了均衡穩(wěn)定的過濾性能。多層金屬燒結(jié)網(wǎng)是一種運(yùn)用表面過濾機(jī)理的濾材,所以具有很低的過濾阻力。用這種材料制成的各種過濾芯可以通過常規(guī)的清洗方法進(jìn)行充分的清洗,從而可以反復(fù)使用。除了以上提到的各種優(yōu)點(diǎn)外,多層金屬燒結(jié)網(wǎng)還具有優(yōu)良的耐腐蝕及耐磨性能,尤其適用于各種高溫高壓和高粘度液體的精密過濾。目前,這種過濾材料已被廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、核電、合成纖維、膠片、食品、制藥、宇航及環(huán)保等行業(yè)。
MWC Sintered Multi-Layered Woven Wire Mesh Composites
Berae manufactures MWC multi-layered woven wire mesh composites. This class of filtration media is sintered under high temperature with our unique process, so that the wires are well-bonded at every point of contact to ensure excellent mechanical strength, pore stability, and accurate filtration during services. The filtration resistance is extremely low due to surface filtration. MWC elements are fully cleanable and reusable with routine cleaning methods. Unlike depth-bed filtration media, MWC media utilize surface filtration principle, thus much lower flow resistance and significantly higher permeability. Besides those mentioned above, MWC elements have also superior corrosion and abrasion resistance, especially suitable for fine filtration of high temperature, high pressure and viscous fluids. MWC media have been extensively used in petrochemical, chemical, nuclear, food, pharmaceutical, airspace and environmental industries, as well as in polymer filtration, viscose filtration, water and gas filtration.

4) 耐熱性可耐用于從-50度至多550度的連續(xù)過濾;
5) 清洗性由于采用佳的逆流清洗效果的表層過濾結(jié)構(gòu)、清洗簡單。
