糖化系統(tǒng)：Brew house  system

兩器糖化系統(tǒng)由糖化鍋，過濾槽及工藝管路組成，糖化鍋是可以采用蒸汽加熱或電加熱的雙層罐體，內(nèi)膽選用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼，外包不銹鋼或紫銅板，內(nèi)，外筒體夾層以巖棉做保溫層，保溫層能有效阻斷熱量的外泄，節(jié)能效果好。加熱面為彌勒板夾套加熱，加熱面積大，足以保證精釀啤酒生產(chǎn)所需的蒸發(fā)量。

Two vessel brew house is composed of Mash /Lauter tun, and Kettle/Whirlpool tank. The brew house are double tanks heated by electricity or steam. Inner tank is Food grade SUS304, and outer tank is also SUS304 or could be Copper. The insulation is rock wool to effectively prevent heat leakage. Heating surface is Maitreya plate jacket, heating area is large enough to ensure the required evaporation that craft beer required.

     過濾槽由內(nèi)膽，外包及保溫層組成，為保證有平整疏松的糟層從而達(dá)到最快的過濾時間，在過濾槽的頂部加裝了變頻耕糟裝置；為保證有效的過濾面積我們優(yōu)化了徑高比，使其過濾時間最快，外觀更漂亮；同時對工藝管路進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，使整個糖化系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，布局合理。公司同時設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)三器、四器、五器糖化設(shè)備以滿足科研院所，大專院校等客戶的不同需求。
