■主要特點Features

1、結構設計合理，有效的消除了衛(wèi)生死角，結構件過渡圓滑，表面經拋光處理，外部結構件、緊固件和轉鼓都采用不銹鋼制造。外殼為翻蓋式，可對離心機外殼與轉鼓夾層空間進行徹底清洗。

2、外殼翻蓋，設置進料管、洗滌管、視鏡、照明孔。

3、配置在線清洗系統(tǒng)，對離心機外殼內壁、轉鼓內外表面、集液槽表面等離心機內部不可見部位進行清洗，了潔凈度要求，符合GMP規(guī)范。

4、結構簡單，操作維修方便。

5、通用性強，適用范圍廣。既可用于固相為顆粒狀的懸浮液分離，也可用于纖維狀物料的分離。

6、可采用變頻器啟動，啟動平穩(wěn)，分離因數(shù)可調；非接觸式能耗制動系統(tǒng)；防靜電皮帶傳動；機體密閉結構，密封件采用硅橡膠或氟橡膠。可實現(xiàn)密閉防爆要求，適合于有毒和易燃、易爆場合的應用。
