海綿鐵簡介
海綿鐵又稱直接還原鐵，原礦石在回轉(zhuǎn)窯、豎爐或其他反應(yīng)器內(nèi)，用煤、焦炭、天然氣或氫氣，使鐵礦石或鐵精礦球團在低于物料熔化溫度的條件下進行低溫還原，變成多孔狀的產(chǎn)物，其中被還原出來的鐵呈細(xì)小鐵核，形如海綿，故稱海綿鐵。海綿鐵經(jīng)冷卻、破碎、磁選，可除去脈石或其他雜質(zhì)(金屬鐵占全鐵90%以上者，可直接用于煉鋼；90%以下的，用于高爐或電爐煉鐵)。它是采用礦石，利用氧化還原反應(yīng)原理，通過濾式除淀方式進行排除，對管道、鍋爐和循環(huán)水溶解氧腐蝕經(jīng)處理后水溶解氧含量可將到0.05mg/L一以下，讓除氧劑具有反洗頻率低，抗壓強度高，不粉化、不板結(jié)，比表面積大，活性高。再生效果好，完全符合鍋爐水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
海綿鐵濾料特點
1.使用幫命長、無毒、不污染環(huán)境，出水含氧量穩(wěn)定在0.05mg/L以下，完全符合低壓鍋爐水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（GB1576-2001）要求。
2.常溫運行，無需加熱，運行成本低，克服了熱力除氧，真空除氧須加熱耗能的缺點。
3.用量少，一般情況下除氧劑消耗量1噸水為10g。
4.反洗頻率低，再生效果好。

海綿鐵濾料應(yīng)用
1.適用于熱水鍋爐的補水 。
2.適用于低壓蒸汽鍋爐的給水 。
3.適用于工業(yè)循環(huán)冷卻水補水 。

Introduction of sponge iron

Sponge iron filter material features:
