1.改變吸附質(zhì)的化學(xué)性質(zhì)。

2.用對(duì)吸附質(zhì)親和力強(qiáng)的溶劑抽出。

3.用對(duì)活性碳親和力比吸附質(zhì)大的物質(zhì)，把吸附質(zhì)置換出來(lái)，然后再使置換物質(zhì)脫附，活性碳也得到再生。

4.用外部加熱，升高溫度的辦法改變平衡條件。

5.用降低溶劑中溶質(zhì)濃度（或壓力）的方法脫附。

6.使吸附質(zhì)（有機(jī)物）分解或氧化而除去。
