陶瓷球簡介

陶瓷球是以高嶺土，長石材質(zhì)，氧化鋁粉材料等為主加工生產(chǎn)的一種陶瓷堆積料。惰性氧化鋁瓷球是由的化工瓷土原料加工而成。

陶瓷球分類

一、氧化鋁陶瓷球

由于其具有高強度、高硬度、高耐磨性，比重大、體積小、耐高溫、耐腐蝕、無污染等優(yōu)異特性而被廣泛的運用于不同類型的陶瓷、瓷釉、玻璃、化工等等工廠的厚硬材質(zhì)精加工和深加工，是球磨機、罐形磨機、振動磨機等細(xì)粉碎設(shè)備的研磨體，其粉碎研磨效率和耐磨損大大優(yōu)于普通球石或天然鵝卵石。
（1）該產(chǎn)品主要成分為氧化鋁，對被研磨物料的品質(zhì)沒有影響。
（2）該產(chǎn)品采用滾動和等靜壓成型，比重大，能大幅度提高研磨效率，降低研磨時間，節(jié)省能耗，降低成本；同時有效增加球磨機有效容積,從而增加研磨物料的加入量。
（3）該產(chǎn)品磨耗低，能大大延長研磨體的使用壽命。
（4）該產(chǎn)品白度高，不會對被研磨物料的顏色產(chǎn)生影響。

二、氧化鋯陶瓷球

氧化鋯陶瓷球氧化鋯球在常溫下具有高的強度和高韌性、耐磨性好、耐高溫耐腐蝕、剛度高、不導(dǎo)磁、電絕緣。氧化鋯陶瓷球在600℃時，強度、硬度幾乎不變其密度為6.00g/cm3, 熱膨脹率接近金屬若膨脹率，可與金屬接合使用。

三、氮化硅陶瓷球

氮化硅陶瓷球是在非氧化氣氛中高溫?zé)Y(jié)的精密陶瓷，具有高強度, 高耐磨性,耐高溫,耐腐蝕，耐酸、堿、可在海水中長期使用，并具有絕電絕磁的良好性能。在800℃時，強度、硬度幾乎不變，其密度為3.20g/cm3，幾乎是軸承鋼的1/3.重量，旋轉(zhuǎn)時離心力小.可以實現(xiàn)高速運轉(zhuǎn)。還具有自潤滑性，它可以使用到無潤滑介質(zhì)高污染的環(huán)境中。成為陶瓷軸承,混合陶瓷球軸承的材質(zhì)。

四、碳化硅陶瓷球

碳化硅陶瓷球產(chǎn)品性能穩(wěn)定。與鋼比較，質(zhì)量比鋼輕，摩擦系數(shù)小，運動性能佳，彈性模量比鋼大50%，熱膨脹系數(shù)小于鋼的25%，高溫下在1000℃以前能保持高強度和硬度，耐腐蝕，不生銹，無磁性，可在無油潤滑條件下工作。
