CJX4-kd Range Contactor for Capacitor Switching
一、用途 APPLICATION
CJX4-kd系列切換電容器接觸器（以下簡稱接觸器）主要用于交流50Hz（或60Hz）， 額定絕緣電壓為690V， 在AC-6b使用類別下，額定工作電壓為400V時(shí)額定工作電流至87A的低壓無功功率補(bǔ)償設(shè)備中，通斷低壓無功功率補(bǔ) 償用的電容器組，用以調(diào)整電系統(tǒng)的功率因數(shù)COSΦ值。接觸器附有抑制涌流 裝置，能有效地減少合閘涌流對電容器組的沖擊和降低操作過電壓。

二、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn) STRUCTURE FEATURE
△ 接觸器為防護(hù)式，動作機(jī)構(gòu)為直動式，觸頭為雙斷點(diǎn)。

（上層一對，下層一對，僅CJX4-25kd～40kd）或三對輔助觸頭（上層一對， 下層兩對，僅CJX4-50kd～125kd）。

三、工作原理 WORKING PRINCIPLE
當(dāng)控制回路通電后，接觸器吸合，串入限流電阻線的上主觸頭先于下主觸頭 接通，從而達(dá)到抑制涌流作用，完成后瞬間斷開復(fù)位，其間下主觸頭進(jìn)入正常 工作，而斷開回路時(shí)則由下主觸頭完成，各司其責(zé)。因限流電阻瞬間接入，所 以不會造成長期的電力浪費(fèi)和燒損電阻線等現(xiàn)象。
When control circle is making, the contactor will pull in, the upper main contact with limiting resistor line making before the lower main contact, to achieve to inhibit flow, after that, the upper main contact breaking instantly and reset. At the same time, the lower main contact start normally working, lower main contact should complete breaking circle. All have themselves responsibility. Because of the limiting resistor instantly accession, it will not cause the phenomenon of long-term electricity waste and burning resistance line.

△ 安裝地點(diǎn)海拔不超過2000m。Elevation ≤2000m
△ 安裝地點(diǎn)的空氣相對濕度在較高溫度為 40℃時(shí)不超過50%，在較低溫度下可以 有較高的相對濕度濕月的月平均較低溫度不超過 25℃，該月的月平均較大相 對濕度不超過90%；由于溫度變化發(fā)生在產(chǎn)品上的凝露情況必須采取措施。 Relative humidity is not exceeding 50% at the maximum ambient temperature 40℃ .
