原理：
藉高速振動旋轉磨擦生熱原理，使塑膠加工物熔接表面熔解而達到熔接的效果。精心為生產(chǎn)廠商推出的機型，采用優(yōu)良的控制系統(tǒng)，與世界變頻器馬達制造商配合，設計出此款機型。
特點：
采用侍服電機驅動，運作平穩(wěn)準確采用人機界面作為操作平臺，使用簡單、方便；
適用范圍：
帶圓形熔接位的圓形和非圓形產(chǎn)品，如保溫杯、濾油杯、化油器、熱水瓶氣膽、噴水接頭等須水密、氣密的產(chǎn)品針對不易以熱熔、超音波熔接之尼龍、等圓形或管狀工件，如濾芯、塑膠圓管，塑膠杯、雙層杯等產(chǎn)品，做高速旋轉與加壓運動，使上下工件于極短時間內(nèi)達到熔解結合之設計，此原理使得加工后之結合力有水密、氣密之極果。機構穩(wěn)固，以防啟動瞬停時之反作用力?？稍O計旋熔后，一并修邊的裝置。
