系統(tǒng)采用微電腦和高功率氣壓系統(tǒng)聯(lián)控設(shè)計，設(shè)備運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，。使珠底磨制平面度平整，光潔且美觀。

雙工位機(jī)體，單獨(dú)控制，使用不受任何限制，翻轉(zhuǎn)速度可調(diào)，上升時間微度調(diào)節(jié)大大提高了工作效率，和整體產(chǎn)品的加工質(zhì)量。上端氣缸設(shè)置定位調(diào)節(jié)，可直接手動調(diào)節(jié)高度，無需其他限位步驟，節(jié)省調(diào)試時間，旋轉(zhuǎn)磨盤速度設(shè)定可調(diào)式，可根據(jù)鉆石材料來設(shè)定旋轉(zhuǎn)速度，從而大大提高了磨制范圍。同時磨制時間也設(shè)定可調(diào)式，因此本產(chǎn)品不受任何材料的限制即可加工。

主機(jī)采用大功率電機(jī)，磨盤電機(jī)力度為自給式，更好的提高高了拋光效果。

系統(tǒng)設(shè)有特定保護(hù)，任何條件下不會燒毀主電機(jī)。
