管冰機系列
管冰機系列是占地面積小,節(jié)能制冰機,系統(tǒng)智能控制,全閉環(huán)控制得到充分體現(xiàn)。是一種均勻渦旋的水膜成冰系統(tǒng),制冰器采用全不銹鋼材質(zhì),符合食用衛(wèi)生標準,成冰均勻。帶有切冰慮水裝置。適用于食用,保鮮,捕魚降溫領(lǐng)域。
產(chǎn)品選型
管冰是較規(guī)則的中空圓柱形,外直徑分為22mm、28mm、30mm三種規(guī)格,高度25~42mm不等,中間的內(nèi)孔直徑可根據(jù)制冰的時間調(diào)整,一般在5~10mm之間。

管冰機設備工作原理
制冷系統(tǒng)正常運行后,下水箱內(nèi)的水從出水口被冷水泵輸送至上水箱的進水口處,水通過分水器,以螺旋流動的方式沿著換熱管的內(nèi)壁向下流動,與換熱管外部的制冷劑進行熱交換,溫度降低,部分水在換熱管的內(nèi)壁形成管狀的冰條,沒有結(jié)冰的水溫度降低后回流至下水箱,水不斷的循環(huán),冷量損失量非常小。
