加熱器使用注意事項(xiàng)
1.PTC加熱器的功率受外部環(huán)境影響很大，理想的測(cè)試方法是在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工況下安裝在整機(jī)中進(jìn)行。通常為便于雙方檢驗(yàn)確認(rèn)，實(shí)際操作時(shí)，是以在整機(jī)中確認(rèn)的封樣件來(lái)調(diào)整模擬風(fēng)道的相關(guān)參數(shù)后測(cè)試的。測(cè)試時(shí)環(huán)境溫度一般保持在20～25℃左右。
2.PTC加熱器在工作時(shí)有熱膨脹現(xiàn)象，故在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)考慮加熱器周圍留有一定間隙（5mm以上）；
3.若選用表面帶電型加熱器，在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)還應(yīng)考慮防觸電措施及蒸發(fā)器結(jié)霜時(shí)的安全間距，確保沒有人體、金屬物和霜層觸及的可能。選用表面絕緣型加熱器則較為安全；
4.加熱器裝接三相供電時(shí)，應(yīng)采用Y型連接，且中性點(diǎn)必須接零線，避免因三相不平衡造成某路加熱器端電壓過(guò)高的故障隱患

PTC加熱器特性
PTC加熱器采用PTCR熱敏陶瓷元件，由若干單片組合后與波紋散熱鋁條經(jīng)高溫膠粘結(jié)組成，具有熱阻小、換熱效率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。它的較大特點(diǎn)在于其安全性，即遇風(fēng)機(jī)故障堵轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，PTC加熱器因得不到充分散熱，功率會(huì)自動(dòng)急劇下降，此時(shí)加熱器的表面溫度維持限定在居里溫度左右（一般為220℃），從而不致產(chǎn)生電熱管類加熱器表面的“發(fā)紅”現(xiàn)象，排除了發(fā)生事故的隱患。
本公司MZFR系列加熱器目前已廣泛應(yīng)用于家用空調(diào)器的熱泵輔助加熱、商用中央空調(diào)及加熱類小家電產(chǎn)品。

PTC Heaters
The PTC heater is composed of several PTCR ceramic components adhered to wave Al tube by high temperature. It features in low thermal resistance and high coefficient of heat transmission.Besides, when the fan blocked,power of PTC heater would drop down sharply due to insufficient dissipation.Meanwhile surface temperature of heater would remain at the level of curie temperature,which is usually 220℃so that potential accident would be eliminated.
At present, our MZFR series have been extensively applied in home aircondition,commercial aircondition as well as household heating appliances.
