泡沫塑料回收造粒機的作用是把經(jīng)過粉碎清洗的廢舊聚丙烯,聚乙烯塊、片、瓶、管、膜、編、絲等,在該機中經(jīng)過加熱，加壓,抽拉成條狀,經(jīng)切粒機切成粒狀供其他塑料機械加工使用。

◆泡沫造粒機上下螺桿各有兩個加熱圈，每個加熱圈上各有一個開關(guān)，可根據(jù)加工時需要的溫度隨意啟閉。

◆泡沫造粒機工作時，先把上下料筒預熱40分鐘左右，拿一塊泡沫放在機頭上輕按一下，如果泡沫能夠變軟融化，說明料筒加熱已到工作溫度（180度左右），可以開機工作。

◆先往料斗內(nèi)少量加泡沫，如擠出料已融化，才可大量下料開始工作，工作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)溫度過高，可切斷機頭加熱電源，繼續(xù)工作。

◆在泡沫造粒機工作時，下螺桿機頭內(nèi)可根據(jù)需要加一層或兩層20-80目過濾網(wǎng)或其他合適數(shù)濾網(wǎng)（濾網(wǎng)數(shù)越高雜質(zhì)過濾越干凈），濾網(wǎng)應(yīng)多備幾個，工作時如果出條不順利說明濾網(wǎng)堵塞，要及時更換濾網(wǎng)。鋼質(zhì)濾網(wǎng)用火燒后清除雜質(zhì)，可以循環(huán)使用。

適用范圍：

塑料泡沫造粒機適用EPS，XPS，EPP，EPE，PU等材料，主要用于擠出軟、硬聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯等熱塑性塑料，可加工多種塑料制品，如吹膜、擠管、壓板、拔絲帶等，亦可用于熔融造粒，廣泛應(yīng)用于廢棄泡沫邊角料、包裝泡沫，一次性飯盒，聚氨酯保溫板、擠塑板、消失模和巖棉板，泡沫箱，隔熱板，KT板，發(fā)熱材料等回收行業(yè)中。
