Introduction: Who We Are And What We Do
MSE- Moduloc System Engineering Ltd & Co.is a German, Chinese Engineering Company located in Yantai, Shandong province in China. We develop, produce, service and/or market non-contact optical sensors and measuring systems for velocity, length, distance, width, thickness, level and position, 2D / 3D scanners for cold and hot materials.
We produce our own optical instruments and sensors for industrial measurement and also OEM products of our partners. Our German management and European standards permit good ?German quality“ of all products.
MSE trades with products of our partners aboard and make excellent technical advising and service for them.
We introduce here new OEM products “Made in Germany”.
One of the best World Technology with 2D / 3D Scanners of our German Partner QuellTech UG.
QuellTechUGis based in Munich Germany and was founded in 1991 as an engineering company for sensor in machine industry. QuellTech has accumulated experience with sensors for position, rotation, force, torque, speed and dimensions. The need for a contactless sensor has resulted in the development of a product solution which meets the requirements in production automation. Knowing the demands and restrictions of production lines, QuellTech started developing Laser Scanners with the essential features for the often demanding tasks and the rough environments in production lines.
With the background of system integration the products were designed for flexibility and ease into inline system. The QuellTech products are continuously improved and adapted according to customer-and market-feedback.
Quelltech is a leader in 3-D Laser Scanner technology.
MSE and QuellTechsupplies sensors and systems for many industries areas and provide optical, mostly laser based measurement solutions for the control and checking of all dimensions.
Our Laser Scanners are used in many Industries inapplications like:
? Welding gap tracking & bead check
? Glue bead check
? Food packaging check
? Metal forming control
? Automotive
? Electronic components measurement
Our Laser Scanners advantages:
? Contactless
? Precise 3D-measurement
? Fast
? Robust against ambient light
? Indifferent for color
? No moving parts inside
? High process stability
Applications: Weld gap tracking
Weld gap tracking
Our Laser Scanner leads the welding torch which follows a pre-programmed path on the metal.
As soon as the seam deviates from the pre-programmed path, the Laser Scanner Software outputs a correction signal to thePLC of the welding machine or the robot. The welding machine then corrects the position so that the torch can weld
in the exact middle of the gap.
