-120℃冷阱Parylene
-120℃冷阱，主要用于parylene（派瑞林）真空涂覆，在Parylene（派瑞林）工藝中，真空涂覆腔與真空泵之間的真空腔體存在不少殘余的Parylene物質(zhì)和水蒸汽，Parylene（派瑞林）冷阱在該真空度下可利用-120℃的低溫來冷凝捕集殘余的Parylene物質(zhì)和水蒸汽，從而很好的保護了真空泵，同時也提高了系統(tǒng)真空度，為Parylene（派瑞林）工藝提供了良好的環(huán)境。
